About the Role:
Vercel is looking for an experienced Senior Product Design to join the team. In this role, you will be working across our entire product, talking to customers, supporting design initiatives, and creating thoughtful, systems-based solutions.

What You Will Do:
- Report to our Director of Product Design and help Vercel further its core product and enter new markets through design and engineering partnership.
- Contribute to the design process from gathering requirements, and delivering visual specifications, to overseeing implementation.
- Set the creative bar for evolving design projects.
- Establish guidelines and ensure they are enforced.
- Collaborate with growth, content, and engineering teams, across the full customer lifecycle.
- Create, and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals (including strategic decks and presentations).
- Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Craft high quality work, inspire those around you, and help establish a design culture within the company.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent visual, verbal, UI, and interaction skills.
- Well-rounded, comprehensive experience designing interactive products.
- Passion to deliver customer delight.
- Experience with frontend frameworks, developer tooling, and managed infrastructure.
- Production code (React, Next.js) is a plus.
- Animation experience is a plus.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $163,000-$228,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
