Responsibilities:

  • Define Advertising Goals & Strategy: Define advertising goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop and implement advertising strategies
  • Campaign Planning & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with set goals and budget requirements
  • Performance Analysis & Evaluation: Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., ROI and other key metrics), evaluate effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Channel Management & A/B Testing: Manage and optimize various advertising channels, including search engine ads, social media ads, display ads, video ads, and affiliate networks, while conducting A/B testing to enhance performance
  • Partner Management: Evaluate and select advertising partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with ad platforms and media vendors
  • Market Research & Strategy Adjustment: Conduct market and competitor research, understand industry trends and user behavior, and adjust advertising strategies based on market data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in advertising or a related area
  • Familiarity with various advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends, and to develop innovative advertising strategies and solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Results-driven, with a strong goal orientation and excellent execution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
