Other:

  • Rate: 150 PHP/hour
  • Work set-up: Office-based or Work From Home
  • Weekly workload: 40hrs/week

Qualifications:

  • Engage with potential business partners on LinkedIn and arrange B2B meetings.
  • Organize pre-qualified face-to-face meetings for Fridays and manage the calendar efficiently.
  • Perform cold calling for B2C leads and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare financial strategy documents and conduct calculations in preparation for client meetings.
  • Curate and manage lists of property options based on client requirements.
  • Compile and prepare investment information packs with detailed suburb and property research.
  • Maintain email communications with clients to follow up and respond to all email inquiries

Responsibilities:

  • At least 1 year of experience in either mortgage brokering, financial planning, property investment or telemarketer.
  • Familiar with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate databases.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a HUGE plus
