Responsibilities
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
4 to 8 years of experience in Site Reliability, Customer Support and Incident and Problem management
Excellent Communication skills
Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or equivalent
Excellent customer support experience, Problem, Incident and change management
Excellent debugging/ Troubleshooting skills using Linux, Kubernetes, Cluster management.
Monitoring and Alerting Experience using ELK, Prometheus and Grafana
Scripting experience using Python, Shell and Ansible
Ability to both work independently with minimal direction and to collaborate effectively with local or remote teams with a strong customer focus
Knowledge of Autonomous DB, RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Agile (Kanban) will be a big plus.
Should have a very positive attitude, willing to extend in time need, collaborate with team members in India and globally as well as have a cheerful disposition
