We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Life Sciences group and play a pivotal role in driving the development of a customized, cost-effective, and royalty-free alternative to our current ActivePDF solution. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that will have a direct impact on the client and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support the implementation and rollout of software solutions, including training and documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements in a software development environment.
Familiarity with coding best practices and software development lifecycle methodologies.
Experience developing software in an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Proficiency in version control, build, deployment, test management, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GIT, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio).
Knowledge of Windows, Angular (HTML, CSS), C# (Standard .Net and .Net Core), ASP .Net, MVC, MVVM, and Azure (Cloud, ADO, SQL).
Nice to have: Familiarity with Windows Log (nLogger), Typescript, JavaScript, and self-signed certificates.
