The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Field Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has had a successful career in sales and is now looking to use their skills to make a positive impact on the media. As a Field Representative, you will manage a portfolio of 60+ major donors, cultivating relationships through personal interactions, giving campaigns, and events. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing CFTVC giving and achieving our mission goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and solicit major donor relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of 60+ major donors.
- Travel extensively to meet with donors and attend events.
- Plan and execute events and giving campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to Christian values.
- Ability to travel extensively.
