Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and delivering insightful, moderately complex analyses and reports to empower business partners across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in data acquisition, processing, visualization, and automation enabling them to provide actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Their work will directly support the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring that stakeholders have the information needed to make effective and timely decisions.

  • Perform data collection and management and ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis
  • Support the reporting and analysis strategy
  • Perform spend analysis and data modeling
  • Perform and then provide analysis of process reports
  • Perform analyses using large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Define company data assets and manage and improve existing reporting systems
  • Assist in preparing compliance-related reports and procedural documentation
  • Develop custom reports for customers and provide management support
  • Develop data reports and dashboard visualizations
  • Develop, maintain, and innovate data dashboards visualization and applications
  • Contribute to various and simultaneous process efficiency to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity; produce data quality reports for decision making
  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
  • Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
  • Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.
  • Participate in audit-related activities.
  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

Qualifications
  • Candidates must be open for the day shift schedule (9am to 6pm).
  • Candidates must be open to hybrid set-up (AECOM's Freedom to Grow initiative).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Quantitative field, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering Information Technology, or other relevant fields
  • 1-2 years relevant experience required
  • Experience in delivering analysis and reporting
  • Highly proficient at working with large data sets and associated tools
  • Experience with ETL tools
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics to find opportunities and drive results
  • Extensive knowledge of research and analysis for a business setting
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps + SharePoint are required.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
