How you’ll be impactful:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to elevate our understanding of financial results across our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2C financial monitoring, marketplace dynamics, and experience analyzing interactions between buyers and sellers. This role involves communicating insights to executive leadership and supporting Marketplace Success by developing and managing Tableau reports that track key metrics, playing a critical part in shaping strategic direction and optimizing brand performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead financial analysis of brand results: Revenue, Engagement, Retention; and create analysis to better understand both supply and demand behavior.
  • Partner with executive leadership to surface insights and drive accountability and growth.
  • Partner with Marketplace Success to increase retention and monetization of loyal customers; utilization and revenue of sellers.
  • Proactively explore available data to generate actionable insights and advocate strategies that increase business value.
  • Maintain reports, decks and dashboards that track KPI and provide insights into marketplace effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key issues and opportunities, support business strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our marketing efforts against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics to recommend innovative approaches and solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing marketplace operations, revenue analytics, consulting, finance, or business strategy. 
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or related quantitative fields.
  • Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Slides, Powerpoint, data extraction and analysis.
  • Skilled in Tableau/Data visualization software. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus.
  • Experience in analysis of revenue, customer behavior and marketplace dynamics. Familiarity with Product Analytics tools (Mixpanel) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to frame and solve problems by extracting insight from raw data.
  • Team player with a result-oriented approach, capable of navigating ambiguity and initiating/driving projects to completion.
  • Expert in creation of presentations and reports for executive leadership to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
