Job Description

The Business Developer mission is to develop sales by prospection, promotion, and prescription of LACROIX Environment solutions with a rigorous follow-up of the commercial action plan in the LATAM area and special focus on Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia.

He/she will work in close coordination with the existing and/or future network of LACROIX Environment Channel Partners in the targeted countries, that he/she will have the mission to identify, select and animate in accordance with the Channel Partner Program CPP. Frequent travel is required in your area.

Your part:

✅ You will prospect news customers and accounts, and develop our Channel Partner network and be responsible for the sales in the whole LATAM area

✅ Your task will be to systematically expand our market position and make sure that LACROIX-Environment Solutions are the preferred supplier in your markets

✅ You will support sales projects and complex technical inquiries. As a member of a dedicated team, you will build up convincing customer-specific solutions together with your partners and your technical support colleagues in Spain, which you will also present to the customer if required.

✅ Reporting to the General Manager of LACROIX Sofrel Spain, you will collaborate in the analysis of market needs (according to countries) and in the adaptation of the offer

✅ You will assist the Marketing department by doing actions of communication and promotion

Qualifications
  • Senior Sales profile with minimum 10-year experience in the LATAM region for solution-oriented technical sales and strong business/sales development mindset.
  • Technical or Engineering degree ideally with specialty in electrical engineering, automation and/or telecommunications.
  • Experience with water and wastewater (required), smart grids and/or energy management would be a plus
  • Comfortable with MS Office (365) and sales software.
  • Fluent in English. French or German as a third language would be an advantage.
  • Full availability for regular travel in the other countries of the LATAM region, outside México (30% time) and occasional travel to Europe.
