Job description

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Growth Product Lead. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Create and plan comprehensive strategies to enhance user acquisition and engagement on the platform.
  • Plan and design key product features focused on viral user acquisition, user conversion (registration, deposits, trading), and platform activities.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and data analysis to understand user behavior and needs, tailoring growth and conversion strategies for different user segments.
  • Direct the growth product team to collaborate effectively with project management, technical development, and risk control teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

 

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a computer-related field); at least 5 years of experience in growth product management or user-focused products, ideally in finance or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in product design and a solid understanding of business processes, with the ability to identify and resolve issues through data analysis.
  • Excellent logical reasoning skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration across teams with proven leadership experience.
  • A proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
