Job Description

As part of the growth of the FCS (Fluid Connector Systems) Division, you are tasked with building and deploying the Division's Procurement strategy, in alignment with the global industrial directions established by the Supply Chain Officer

 

As Division Sourcing and Procurement Leader, your key responsibilities are:

 

  • Assess the current procurement landscape across our production units and formulate a strategy for procurement globalization
  • Develop an international procurement network and lead its coordination to drive group objectives
  • Evaluate international development opportunities and implement actions for the rollout of the division's strategy
  • Oversee and enhance the procurement performance indicators for the FCS Division's production units
  • Analyze and forecast risks associated with market dynamics and the global supply chain
  • Strengthen and maintain the global procurement database
  • Initiate a comprehensive cost optimization program
  • Promote sourcing innovation in collaboration with R&D departments
  • Facilitate communication with other Divisions within the group to ensure a cohesive strategic approach

 

Mobility: frequent international travel

Qualifications

Degree: Master’s degree in engineering science, completed with procurement education. A different level of education with a significant experience will be considered

Career Experience:

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in procurement within an international and industrial company, on a role dedicated to implement a globalized procurement strategy, ideally in low-volume and mechanical production environment

Foreign language:

  • Fluent in English, German or French a plus, Chinese a nice to have
