Job Description
  • Configure and customize the Polarion solution based on the organization's requirements;
  • Design, develop, and implement workflows, fields, forms, and reports in Polarion;
  • Integrate Polarion solutions with other tools and systems, or other software used within the organization;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and best practices for Polarion;
  • Maintain the health and performance of the Polarion system, including updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Polarion and implement best practices to improve processes and workflows;

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
  • Strong proficiency in Polarion ALM with demonstrated experience in its implementation, customization, and administration;
  • 3+ years of experience working with system integration, particularly in a System of Systems (SoS) environment;
  • Familiarity with Polarion ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and templates, particularly the System of Systems template;
  • Proficiency in scripting within Polarion ALM for task automation and system customization (optional but beneficial);
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or similar languages;
  • Experience in integrating Polarion with other tools and systems;
  • Knowledge of databases and version control systems;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training in Polarion;
  • Experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
  • Familiarity with scripting and API usage for customization and integration purposes;
  • Knowledge of Web UIs, including understanding and usage of modern web interfaces for enhancing system interaction (optional);
  • Experience with Excel-Inlays for data analysis and reporting (optional but trainable);
