Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to work side-by-side with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our client’s promotional email strategy to all audiences, while also assisting in the transactional email processes. The ideal candidate is an expert in all things email and CRM for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences using Salesforce tools: Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud (REQUIRED).


This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. ideally in Pacific Standard Time.


What you will do:

  • Help build the email nurture/lead generation journeys for all audiences with respective business leads on the product/audience teams and our agency partners, providing content and email standard methodology guidance as needed.
  • Be responsible for executing B2B customer, patient and provider-based email campaigns.
  • Create compelling gated content emails that drive engagement turning into leads.
  • Lead the email communication calendar across multiple teams, ensuring our email deployments are optimized at a recipient-friendly cadence.
  • Create campaigns in Salesforce, upload leads, create automations, reporting and dashboards as needed
  • Monitor full-funnel campaign performance and present results and recommendations to the team in monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Once email campaigns are launched, they need to constantly be optimized. The ideal candidate must be results focused.


What you bring:

  • 5 - 8 years in an email management role serving B2B and B2C audiences using Salesforce tools: Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud (REQUIRED)
  • A deep understanding of email HTML and UTM tracking
  • Deep experience in lead scoring based on audience behaviors.
  • Keen attention to detail with an orientation toward being a brand steward.
  • Strong data analysis skills. Experience devising and executing A/B testing and improving email performance over time that align with our KPI’s.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy surrounding email compliance including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA.
  • Knowledge of standard email marketing methodologies for deliverability, subscriber list health, email creative execution, customer segmentation, dynamic and conditional content build-out and personalization.
  • Share successful emails that they deployed and discuss what made them successful.
  • Proficiency with basic HTML/CSS editing and tools such as Litmus.
  • Shown ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • A shown self-starter who can lead and run projects end to end and drive results, while frequently aligning their partners.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
