Our client, a fast-growing review platform in the iGaming niche, operating with a partner-based monetization model, is looking for a BizDev/Senior Affiliate Manager to drive B2B product sales and contribute to the expansion of our business.​​​​​​

About the Company and Project:

The project - a fast-growing review platform in the iGaming niche, operating with a partner-based monetization mode. They have already established efficient sales funnels and developed products that generate five-figure monthly revenues. These products offer significant value to our partners, and we are now poised for further scaling. The team believe in the continuous integration of innovations to enhance player experiences and maximize partner success. A platform offers the most comprehensive and accurate catalog of games, brands, and bonuses, serving users across 150+ countries in over 50 languages. For the partners, the company provides transparent conditions for targeted traffic acquisition and consulting services to help increase ROI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Negotiating with partners through written communication, online and offline meetings, and participating in international conferences
  • Managing and optimizing existing sales funnels and products
  • Collaborating on the creation of new products and partnerships that deliver value to partners and users, driving business growth

The company expect from you:

  • Experience in launching and scaling product sales (opening new markets is a big plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (constantly asking, What else can be done to generate revenue?), involvement in building a business that achieves at least operational break-even (this is a significant advantage)
  • Strong negotiation skills and a win-win partnership approach, speed, proactiveness, and the ability to systematically close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars while thinking in terms of multi-million-dollar business growth
  • Business education with a focus on leadership (Pre-MBA, MBA, strategic management is a plus)
  • Experience in the iGaming niche is highly advantageous, but we are open to considering candidates from other industries if they have significant business achievements
  • Desire for a fast-paced environment, pushing boundaries, and exceeding results that make an impact
  • Experience in highly competitive industries in roles such as Sales/Affiliate/BizDev, targeting Tier-1 markets
  • Conversational English at B2 level or higher

Would be a Plus:

  • Experience in the iGaming niche from an affiliate perspective
  • Involvement in product creation based on business development outcomes
