We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Creatives Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

As we continue to scale our Bulk Store operations, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Creatives VA to help elevate our brand presence and engage our audience. With a growing demand for visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, we need someone who can quickly and creatively produce graphics and videos that resonate with our customers. Your role will be crucial in driving our marketing initiatives forward, ensuring our campaigns stand out in a competitive landscape.

Day in the Life of a Marketing Creatives Virtual Assistant at GT Ecom

    • You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to align on project goals and creative direction.
    • You’ll design visually appealing graphics for social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • You’ll create engaging image and video content using Canva and AI tools, enhancing promotional campaigns.
    • You’ll manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

You’ll be part of a vibrant Marketing team, working hand-in-hand with our dynamic Marketing Manager. Work alongside 10 amazing and talented team members from France, Germany, Pakistan and the Philippines, all working remotely but closely together to elevate and boost our Bulk stores. We would love to hear from you if…

    • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role working for an ecommerce company, ideally in the fashion industry
    • You have experience in creating marketing materials, including graphics and videos
    • You have extensive creative experience, with the ability to design both images and videos quickly using Canva and AI tools
    • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is ideal but not required
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with the marketing team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
