In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer support team, assisting Italian-speaking clients with their technical inquiries and concerns. You will help customers navigate through issues related to our innovative technology products, ensuring they receive the highest level of support. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and technical problems accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep up with new technologies and product updates.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff members as necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with a keen interest in technology and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Willingness to be based in Athens, Greece.
