Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through research and outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.
  • Document all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and streamline processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and negotiating, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and professional experience.
