Job description

  • Integration: Setup, test and monitor new and existing file transfer using various File Transfer platform
  • Production Support: Perform Managed File Transfer support responsibilities (24x7 on rotation) following standard operations processes
  • Monitor and fix file transfer errors
  • Configuration Management: Manage configuration changes like password resets, certificate renewals, PGP keys, etc.
  • SFTP Configuration: Setup new SFTP sites for new file transfers
  • Nice to have, IBM Sterling product knowledge; Sterling File Gateway, Connect Direct, Control Center, IWA
