Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy:
• Develop and execute joint co-selling strategies with GSIs.
• Lead annual partnership planning, including target customer identification, joint activities, and execution plans.
Collaboration:
• Work with sales leaders to align accounts and foster collaboration with GSI account leads.
• Partner with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to deepen product advocacy within GSIs.
Leadership:
• Set the stage for executive collaboration and define key opportunities.
• Establish rhythms for business planning and scale to team management over time.
Travel:
• Engage in periodic travel within the region for business development and sales activities.
• 50-75% Travel
Requirements:
You must be located in California or Nevada
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years in alliance building with GSIs, including co-marketing, investment strategies, joint sales planning, and pipeline development.
• Proven track record of co-selling with GSIs to large customers.
Skills:
• Strong business acumen and basic technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and achieve measurable results.
Connections:
• Deep relationships and recent experience with GSIs.
This position is ideal for a strategic-minded individual who can adapt and scale with the organization while managing complex partnerships.
Compensation/Benefits:
The salary will be $120,000 per year along with commission.
