For one of our clients – a large, well-known company in the customer experience field. We are on a search for responsible, motivated and flexible individuals for the role of Client Experience Specialist with Hebrew and English (Fully Remote from Bulgaria).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

👉🏻Provide a friendly and professional experience to keep customers happy

👉🏻Give information and advice about the company’s products and services

👉🏻Work with your team to offer help and support

👉🏻Resolve customer issues through various communication channels

👉🏻Investigate problems and find solutions

👉🏻Guide customers through the problem-solving process

👉🏻Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions

Requirements:

🗣️Fluent in Hebrew (both written and spoken) with good English skills;

🚀Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

🌟Previous customer support experience is a plus;

💻Comfortable using a PC and interested in technology;

⏱️Organized and able to manage time well;

🔄Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player.
