360Training is seeking a
Paid Search Specialist to join our Acquisition and Media team to create and manage paid campaigns across our digital marketing platforms.
This is a remote position and we are looking to hire in the following states:
CO, FL, GA, LA, NY, NJ, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, MN, NC, ID, AZ, MI, MO and WI
The pay range for this position is between $50,000- $75,000/year, and the position offers a 3-5% target bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits offered by 360training. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and grow paid campaigns primarily with PPC Search Ads in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign progress with in-depth analysis of key metrics
- Create action items for continued optimization and growth
- Hit growth targets through keyword and campaign expansion
- Hit ROAS and ROI targets through continuous campaign optimization
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing multiple campaign types (e.g. Search, Display, Video, Social, Remarketing)
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proven track record of successful paid campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills
- Understanding of reporting and analytics tools and nomenclature
