We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!
The Challenge
The company is aiming to boost sales and enhance customer engagement through driving targeted campaigns, and to actualize this vision, we are looking forward to bringing an Email Marketer to the team who is capable of utilizing data analytics to optimize strategies, ensuring higher conversion rates and better ROI. Additionally, the Email Marketer’s efforts in automation and segmentation is expected to improve efficiency and relevance, ultimately leading to sustained growth and profitability.
Day in the Life of an Email Marketer at GT Ecom
- Design, execute, and oversee email campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective.
- Manage email marketing for all stores, both automated flows and single campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and segment an email subscriber list to maximize engagement and compliance with regulations.
- Craft compelling email content, including promotional messages, product highlights, and visuals that resonate with the audience.
- Set-up automated workflows for various customer interactions, such as welcome emails and cart abandonment reminders.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Conduct experiments on subject lines, content, and sending times to identify what drives better engagement and results.

Your Team When You Join Us
In this role, you will be reporting to the Bulk Store Manager and work alongside an eight-member global team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing bulk product visibility and sales through effective campaigns and engaging content.
We would love to hear from you if…
- You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in email marketing specifically working with an e-commerce client in fashion niche
- You have a working knowledge in Shopify
- You have the ability to create compelling and engaging content that captures the audience’s attention
- You are proficient in analyzing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform strategy
- You are experienced with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
- You are knowledgeable of how email marketing fits into broader digital marketing strategies and SEO practices
- If you speak German, that would be an advantage- but not required.
Salary: $10/hr.
