Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced T24 Temenos Payment Hub Consultant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Temenos Payment Hub solution.

This role requires a deep understanding of payment processing systems and the ability to collaborate with clients to meet their specific payment processing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payment processing requirements and business objectives.
  • Configure and customize the Temenos Payment Hub solution to meet client-specific needs, including setup of payment types, workflows, and rules.
  • Configure and parameterize payment flows for local and cross border payments Integrate the Temenos Payment Hub with the delivery module for easy processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Good understanding of Delivery and SWIFT modules in Transact, MX and MT message types.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with clients to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Configure payment message receipt or delivery based on the bank's available infrastructure via the file/queue-based approach and ability to integrate with external queue providers asides MQ.
  • Analyze existing payment processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Temenos Payment Hub with existing systems and applications.
  • Perform system testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to payment processing and banking technology.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on payment processing best practices and system optimization strategies.

Qualifications

Must have Skills: Temenos Payment Hub, Temenos Transact-TAFJ Infobasic, Temenos Transact-Development (Strong),

Good To Have Skills: Temenos Transact TAFJ - Java, Temenos Transact-Integration (Capable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Temenos Payment Hub.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, including domestic and international payments, SWIFT messaging, ISO20022, ACH, SEPA, and real-time payments.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing payment processing systems to meet business requirements.
  • Knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as PSD2, GDPR, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Temenos Payment Hub and related areas are desirable.
