Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an Associate Technical Consultant for our DNA (Data and Analytics) Practice. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States and will be working CT and ET zones.
These roles are part of our Campus Program and will be starting on January 13 th , 2025.
Perficient’s Associate Technical Consultants will perform development tasks utilizing languages including Java, .NET, Python, or SQL to build and implement solutions across Data, AI, Search and Content platforms. We partner with vendors including Databricks, Informatica, Snowflake, Talend, and Coveo, as well as partnering with customers on their cloud journey with Azure, AWS, Google, and IBM technologies. The Associate Technical Consultant builds world class software applications for some of the country’s largest companies.

We work on innovative digital transformation deployment for various clients across the globe. We had explosive growth in the last few years to meet the demands of a massive transition to digital. Our practice groups include: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Content, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Strategy and Search.

Responsibilities
- Designing, coding and unit/integration testing using Perficient methodology
- Debugging and troubleshooting code related issues/defects
- Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code
- Gaining an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements on each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design
- Practicing strong configuration management and version control
- Representing Perficient professionally in both client and team situations
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/XP environment a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Data Sciences or an Engineering degree with programming coursework and an interest in being a software developer
- Knowledge of current technologies, application software development, Agile and iterative development methodologies
- MUST be able to code in either java or python or C# or Javascript
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexible to new situations and challenges
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $52,300 to $78,015. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
