ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM Specialist

We’re R5 Labs, the tech company behind Edgemony and Product Heroes, and we are looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in ITOM & ITAM. If you’re passionate about delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions and thrive in a collaborative remote environment, this role is for you! You’ll help major American fintech companies enhance their IT operations and manage their assets effectively using ServiceNow, while working with a dynamic, international team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM modules, focusing on optimizing Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues to ensure the ServiceNow platform runs efficiently.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, recommending upgrades and improvements based on industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow governance standards and provide strategic technical recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, with at least 2 years focused on ITOM & ITAM.
• Proven track record in deploying ServiceNow solutions for large-scale organizations, ideally in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript.
• Required certifications: Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing stakeholders in different time zones.
• Prior experience in the fintech sector or large enterprise environments is a plus.
