Professionally qualified in a relevant field (preferable), 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred, Solid understanding and experience in supporting delivery of Graduate programs, Experience in managing projects from inception to delivery, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Coordinate and manage early career development practices
- Serve as the point of contact for all graduate-related activities
- Develop and maintain regular reports on skill assessments and KPIs
- Coordinate events and workshops through collaboration with teams
- Proactively develop stakeholder relationships for Early Careers
