Job Description
  • Co-ordinate, manage and promote early career development practices to achieve success through excellent stakeholder relationships and continuous service improvement activities for the region including, but not limited to:
  • Co-ordination and management of the annual graduate/cadet intake, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team, to ensure intake is aligned to business requirements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all graduate related activities.
  • Co-ordinating interim/final assessments for completion of graduate and cadet development programmes and feeding outputs into the operational promotions process.
  • Develop and maintain as required and regular reports, briefing notes and correspondence on the development/progress of skill assessments, technical training completion, KPIs and metrics.
  • Co-ordinating events, workshops/sessions and resources through collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to support a diverse array of professional development opportunities
  • Support and facilitate (as required) the delivery of internal development activities/sessions
  • Proactively develop and sustain stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure successful delivery and development of Early Careers.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.

 

Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field (preferable)
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Solid understanding and experience in supporting delivery of Graduate programs
  • Experience in managing projects and programs, from inception to delivery
  • Understanding of, and connection to relevant university partners and professional organisations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent administrative, reporting, and organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet required deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in the coordination, preparation and delivery of workshops and presentations
