Job description

The Role

This role is an integral part of NodeFlair's client company solutions team and will require a high degree of technical expertise, coding experience, and client communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with APIs, have experience working with observability tooling like Datadog and Grafana, and possess a strong understanding of Python and, ideally, Go. You will get a chance to work on solving some of the hardest problems in Institutional Crypto & Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for any technical requests for their top clients. (API integration, troubleshooting, debugging)
  • Building and managing Analytical Tools for Product team to measure product and client success. (Dashboards, Alerts, Monitoring)
  • Building Automation tools for Product and Sales teams. (e.g. Chatbots)
  • Collaborating with Core Engineering Teams to resolve technical client issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as part of a dynamic team, collaboratively tackling challenges as they arise.
  • Managing Paradigm Product Knowledge Base (API Documentation, FAQs, Technical Guides).


Requirements

  • Strong coding skills, particularly in Python and ideally Go.
  • Prior experience with Datadog and other observability tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and be proactive in client engagements.
  • Capacity to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high degree of independence.
  • Willingness to occasionally be on-call, including potential weekend coverage.
  • Experience with GitHub in terms of making code changes, CI workflows, and creating new features.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Tangible API Integration and Support experience.

  • Comfortable using Git.
  • Familiar with Crypto Exchange APIs.
  • Experience in Crypto trading and or derivatives.
  • Experience working with Trading platforms.
  • Experience writing Automation scripts.
  • Experience building sandboxes
  • DataDog Certification
