Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and secure blockchain-based solutions using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and services.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize performance.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in blockchain technology and Rust programming to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the architectural review and design of new blockchain systems and protocols.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Rust programming.
• Demonstrated experience in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Passionate about decentralized finance (DeFi) and committed to the principles of blockchain technology.

Desired Skills
