You will:
Community Champion: Engage with community members across various platforms (Discord, Telegram) in English, Japanese, and Chinese. You'll facilitate discussions, provide support, and promote a sense of community spirit.
Multilingual Support: Handle user support tickets from users of different languages, ensuring prompt issue resolution and escalation when needed.
Crypto Outreach: Expand the company's reach within various crypto communities through strategic outreach, collaborations, and effective communication strategies.
Content Localization: Translate key information between English, Japanese, and Chinese to keep all user communities informed about updates, announcements, and initiatives.
Event Management: Assist with organizing and promoting bilingual events, ensuring clear communication and high engagement.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from users across languages to identify areas for improvement and optimize engagement strategies.
Professional Representation: Uphold a professional, ethical, and unbiased demeanor while representing Jojo Exchange to all language communities.
To succeed, you possess:
Fluency in English and proficiency in either Japanese or Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in all languages.
Experience in community management, customer support, or a related field within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cryptocurrencies and a deep understanding of various crypto communities and cultures.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
