JOB DESCRIPTION
– Implement a plan to find suitable products in the cultural area of ​​residence
– Collect information and grasp the market situation.
– Plan remarketing for customer files, have monthly promotion programs.
– Build and implement Facebook, Instagram & e-commerce advertising campaigns with a budget suitable for the product.
– Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns & products.
– Analyze, synthesize and evaluate data and figures at the store.
– Make periodic performance reports.
– Manage, monitor, evaluate the effectiveness of monthly KPIs of employees and make appropriate adjustments to improve the team's work efficiency.
– Train and develop subordinates, build and improve processes to increase interaction and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 1990-2000
Good English skills
– Agile, friendly, creative, responsible & good at TEAMWORK.
– Over 18 months of experience in Dropshipping & P.O.D, strong practical experience in running conversion ads.
– Additional experience in advertising on other channels (Google, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
– Over 18 months of experience in the North American & European market.
– Good experience in managing a Marketing team.
