Job description

Our client is a prominent player in the PoS technology sector, specializing in staking infrastructure for banks, custodians, exchanges, and institutional investors. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to work remotely from Singapore.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute action plans for strategic accounts to acquire and enhance business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, and banks.
  • Manage the entire user lifecycle from prospecting through to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and assist clients in achieving success.
  • Engage in high-level business and technical discussions across various organizational tiers, effectively communicating the company's unique selling propositions.
  • Lead and coordinate deals independently, collaborating with relevant departments (product, legal, and research) to ensure successful closure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development/sales manager or account executive role.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
  • Background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
  • Consultative sales approach, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
