Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide remote customer support to handle tickets.
To handle and verify order tickets related to L1 support.
To close the tickets received on real time basis after verification and raise to L2 if necessary.
To close the tickets efficiently within the provided timeframe strictly
Adhere to the guideline document provided by the client.
Work with a team to be able to meet the day-to-day goals defined.
Attain the competency required to deliver the expected outcomes.
Stick to compliance.
Comply with the applicable Information Security controls.
Education Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience / Fresher: 0 to 2 years of experience (working with US Client will be plus)
Competencies Required:
Should have Excellent Communication in English.
Should be willing to work in Night shift.
Should be able to understand restaurant menus efficiently
Should be Problem Solving & troubleshooting skills related to L1 level.
Strong Logical Thinking.
Hands-on Experience working with computers.
Should be a Team Player.
Adhere to time-lines and be self-motivated.
