Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting top talent to our clients , managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This job is a work from home opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role with an agency
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR software and ATS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
