Minimum 3 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and drive traffic to the company’s website. Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media platforms to foster a positive community and enhance customer relationships. Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate..
