We're seeking a driven Customer success manager to join the LinkedClient team. The work is hybrid and you can choose to work from home a big portion of the time, the role is stationed in Pristina or Gjilan, Kosovo.
As a customer success manager your main fousús will be to help, guid and coach our users in order for them to reach their goals.
As LinkedClient is working in the borderlands between sales and marketing we believe that you have experience in one or preferably both of these areas.
You will have the main responsibility for your own clients and flow them on their journey with LinkedClient.
You need to have a good understanding of business in general and being fast to pick up on what's important for each individual client.
As a Customer success manager you will in some cases have to convince clients to step out of their comfort zones and be more pushy than they usually are, you also need to convince them to present their offers in a different way than they are used to, all of this requires a good way of handling people and a way of creating trust.
On top of all this you need to be service minded and feel that helping others succeed is the best feeling.
