We help entrepreneurs free up their time by outsourcing their everyday, routine admin work like calendar management, email, customer service, and marketing tasks like social media, digital marketing, website management, etc.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Associate/Assistant to manage and maintain the CRM system. Responsibilities include data entry, updating customer information, generating reports, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with customer insights. Additionally, the role involves providing executive support, such as calendar and inbox management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM tools.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Configure and customize CRM systems to fit business needs.
  • Design, create, and implement CRM workflows to optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Update: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Automation: Implement automation to improve CRM efficiency.
  • Integration: Connect CRM with other tools for a seamless workflow.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Provide insights and ensure smooth CRM use.
  • Calendar Management: Organize meetings and appointments, resolving conflicts.
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Document Preparation: Create and organize reports, presentations, and files.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage travel logistics.
  • Task & Project Management: Track progress, meet deadlines, and coordinate tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven 1-2 years experience in CRM roles or similar customer-facing roles in an organization.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, BigContacts, and Freshsales is essential.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
