Job Description

This is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions, benefits administration, IMSS and REPSE manage.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling of payroll-related activities and reports (payroll calculation, IDSE, SUA)
  • Administration of benefits for the employees (food vouchers, save founds, etc)
  • IMSS law as well as registers, cancellations and modifications and INFONAVIT law knowledge
  • Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
  • Experience in ICSOE and SISUB control and send.
  • Cross-functional work with other departments
  • Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or Administration related (Title and professional license requered)
  • Minimum 3 ideal 5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist
  • English request B2
  • Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
  • Working experience with ERP systems
