Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to offer a Remote Customer Support Representative position for Danish Speakers!

This role not only provides an opportunity to work remotely from Greece but also includes a fully paid relocation package. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer support to our Danish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, services, billing, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Log all customer interactions and maintain records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to enhance service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Offer suggestions to improve systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • A proactive and positive attitude in a remote working environment.
  • No previous experience required; a passion for customer support is key.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
