The opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional and resourceful Senior UX/UI Designer who will be charged with helping us define and design our innovative products and services.  In this role you will help us create beautiful and usable customer experiences by focusing on understanding customer pain points and conceiving creative and compelling UX solutions. You will inspire the team to think big and explore new ideas, insist on the highest standards for interaction and visual design patterns, and build trusted partnerships with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design the end-to-end user journey from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design executions
  • Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure and improve your designs
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of design systems that turn complex operational processes into elegant application experiences for our customers
  • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders
  • Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping and analyze the data

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of software and web design experience
  • Deep expertise in best practices of user experience and user interface design
  • Experience designing software and web-based products for mass-market consumer executions
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
  • Experience designing in an agile development environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
  • Bachelors Degree in Design from a reputable university
  • Candidate must have an available online portfolio

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $$99,000-$156,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and annual incentive program.
