Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solutions Consultant to join our team in France. This is an individual contributor role that requires a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our sales and product teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Zycus solutions and how they address specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Map client requirements to Zycus solutions and create tailored proposals.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during the sales process.
  • Address technical queries and concerns from clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Ensure that all responses are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Partner with the product management team to stay updated on the latest product features and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to influence product development and roadmap.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presales or solutions consulting role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
