Senior UI/UX Designer LATAM remote

Our US. based client, which is an innovative IT solutions company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge software and cloud-based solutions is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in both design and front-end development to deliver top-tier user experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging and functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into smooth and responsive user experiences.
• Develop and implement front-end features using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX integration.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and design standards across all projects.
• Optimize interfaces for a wide range of devices, ensuring excellent performance and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven expertise in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Competence in React.js and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and API Gateway.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage design processes effectively.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing, and iterative development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end build tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Sass, etc.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end collaboration.
• Experience in creating design systems and maintaining a coherent visual language across products.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
