Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Storyline Developer to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Storyline Developer, you will be responsible for creating interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline. This is a junior-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in e-learning development. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, but it is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in e-learning development using Articulate Storyline.
• Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline software.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS would be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Create engaging and user-friendly course content incorporating multimedia elements, such as videos, images, and audio.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather course requirements and ensure accuracy of content.
• Implement instructional design principles to enhance the learning experience.
• Test and troubleshoot course functionality and resolve any technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in e-learning technologies.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on e-learning development best practices.
