Role Overview:

As a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking customers. This role involves working remotely from Malta during night shifts and weekends, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective assistance no matter the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer support in Norwegian via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve customer problems.
Stay updated with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Location: Must reside in Malta and possess a valid work permit.
Availability: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Technology: Comfortable using customer support software and remote communication tools.
