Job description

A Technical Leader is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They’re in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines. The TL must also be able to do modeling and disign tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler’s coordinated actions within the project.

Mandatory Requirements:

An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must.
Electrical Engineering degree.
Experience managing teams of people and dealing with clients.
Experience working on field

Desirable Requirements:

Experience in US-based projects.
+7 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, Cloud Compare or AutoCAD for MEP projects

Note: Although we are a BIM Company, for this particular role BIM is not required, we are looking for a Sr Electrical Engineer with management experience to help with our Clients and Projects in US.
