Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 4 or more years of professional experience in roles as:

  • IT Operations Manager;
  • SRE/Platform Engineer/Devops/Cloud/Infraestructure Lead;
  • Production Support lead;
  • Systems Engineering lead

Qualifications
  • Experience with APM monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic) and/or ELK stack
  • Hands-on technical expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.g.. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex  solutions)
  • Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e.g. JIRA or ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.g., Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies)
  • Knowledge in Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge using relational databases or NoSql (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
  • Good level of Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar
