Requirements

Working:

• Working Location: Anywhere in Vietnam, remote
• Working Hours: This role requires availability during the US Eastern Time Zone (9PM and 5AM Vietnam Time) or at least a 5-hour overlap between 9PM and 2AM Vietnam Time for effective collaboration across teams in different time zones.
• You are expected to work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy. However, it is important to allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Job Nature: Full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
• Language requirements: Fluent English for communication with international teams.

Technical:

• Possesses strong logical thinking, is skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and has good communication abilities.
• Demonstrates strong English proficiency and can communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript experience with TypeScript and React.
• Proficient in critical aspects of technical SEO, including crawling and indexing, structured data, site architecture, canonicalization, and mobile optimization.
• Well-versed in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, as well as SEO-specific tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Have a good understanding of user experience (UX) and web design principles to ensure that a site is not only optimized for search engines but also for user engagement.
• Proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests.
