The Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Equipment Product Manager, Adhesives & Sealant Dispensing (EPM) will be responsible for the manufactured and distributed portfolio of equipment and parts products within APPLIED Adhesives Equipment Solutions.
The EPM will collaborate closely with our Equipment Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Distributors, and Partners (OEMs) to define and manage the portfolio strategy, establish market-based pricing and compelling value propositions, develop product roadmaps and support go-to-market plans.
We are looking for individuals who possess technical expertise related to dispensing equipment, its application and performance, along with product portfolio management. In addition, strong organizational, project management and communication skills are key.
The role will be responsible for a portfolio of adhesive and sealant dispensing equipment and parts sold into the Packaging, Paper Converting, Construction, Industrial, and Durable Assembly markets.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a history of success who wants to be a part of a high-performing Marketing team tasked to drive market share growth.
This is a remote role, but you must be able to work EST. hours and live in the U.S. to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Product Lifecycle Management.
- Determine 5-year growth plans for the product portfolio, in conjunction with marketing, sales and engineering teams, to ensure clear and aligned growth & innovation plans.
- Drive continuous simplification mindset, leveraging our Customer Custom Solutions approach, to address customer pain points and drive growth.
- Manage related projects through APPLIED’s stage gate process. Ensure a steady stream of ideas through the NPD funnel, develop business cases, document product requirements and support product launch plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Drive Product Portfolio Profitability.
- Understand the levers for product growth and penetration into the customer base to maximize profitability while driving customer advocacy and retention.
- Define and manage pricing strategy for portfolio of products to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Enable Sales Teams.
- Work cross-functionally to segment, target, and position to gain share within targeted markets.
- Develop Unique Value Propositions
- Support cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for portfolio products and equipment.

Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree in technical discipline or business required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, project management, mechanical engineering, or sales, preferably in B2B OEM or similar industries.
- Proven record in portfolio management, problem solving, data analysis and communication.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Ability to effectively present the organization and its products and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to drive prioritized activities.
- Team player who has excellent interpersonal skills and excels at collaboration.
- Direct selling experience of dispensing equipment and parts for adhesives and sealants.
- Proven record in portfolio management, problem solving, data analysis and communication.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Ability to effectively present the organization and its products and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to drive prioritized activities.
