本件は、金融・IT業界の外資系企業など大手・上場企業を中心とする顧客から依頼される社会保険事務のアウトソーシング業務(雇用保険、労災保険、健康保険・厚生年金の手続き)を担当するチームのリーダーポジションです。

  • 給与計算(勤怠管理、給与・賞与計算、年末調整など)チームでも同様に採用活動を行っております。ご経験を活かせるいずれかのチームへの配属となります。

仕事内容

  • 顧客に高品質のサービスを提供し、処理の正確性、納期の順守を通じて顧客満足度を高める。
  • 会社の設定した部門目標に基づいたチーム運営を行う。
  • 社会保険事務における信頼できるアドバイザーとして、チームメンバーに知識の共有を行う。
  • チームと個人の目標設定、および評価を行う。
  • 定期的にチームメンバーとOne-on-oneを行い、個人のパフォーマンスの向上とチームの生産性向上を導く。
  • 業務プロセスを分析し、プロセス改善を提案・実行する。
  • ハイパフォーマンスのチームを作るために、メンバーが働きやすい環境を作る。

About The Opportunity

Dayforce is a provider of labor-related outsourcing services and cloud solutions to more than 5,000 companies globally. In Japan, we provide a centralized payroll and attendance management service through our self-developed cloud system, "Dayforce Workcloud".

This is the leadership position of a team responsible for outsourcing social insurance affairs (employment insurance, worker's compensation insurance, health insurance, and welfare pension procedures) requested by clients collaborating with a partnered labor and social insurance attorney office, primarily from major, listed companies in the financial and IT sectors, including foreign firms.

  • We also conduct recruitment activities for social insurance team (employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, health insurance, welfare pension procedures, etc.). The candidate experience will be utilized in either of these teams.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • To provide a high level of service quality to customers and increase customer satisfaction through processing accuracy and delivery punctuality.
  • To manage the team based on the departmental goals set by the company.
  • To act as a trusted advisor on social insurance matters and share knowledge with team members.
  • To set and evaluate team and individual goals.
  • To hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members and bring about improved individual performance and team productivity.
  • To analyze the business processes and propose and implement improvements to the process.
  • To build an environment that is easy for members to work in, which will lead to the creation of a high-performance team.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Experience leading or managing a team (with a staff of 5 or more)
  • Five years or more of social insurance-related work or Payroll experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO, doing social insurance-related work or payroll for 300+ people
  • Excellent communication skills, customer care experience
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Time management, ability to complete tasks on time
  • Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Level of comfort communicating in English

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Experience managing a 2,000-3,000 person social insurance or payroll process
  • Experience in an overseas business with more than 300 employees
  • Ability to read, write and speak English (such as a TOEIC score of over 700)
  • Experience in optimizing business processes and standardizing operations
