NSF is seeking an experienced Certified PAACO / Food Safety Auditor to support the Supply Chain Food Safety Division. You will plan and conduct all assessment activities - documenting reviews, preliminary assessments, on-site readiness reviews, registration audits and surveillance audits.

Current day rate is $650 per audit day.
Qualifications
4 Yr. Degree (Relevant degree or higher education course (e.g. Diploma) in food related or bioscience-related discipline (includes general microbiology)
HACCP training (ideally a 2-day industry-relevant course)
Lead Auditor Training (completion of a 40 hours/ 5-day course and exam)
PAACO Certificate (Per PAACO website)
PCQI Certificate
Minimum 5-10 years of previous Auditor/Industry Experience
Effective oral communication
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
This person ideally would be Auditing with us ~100 days of the year
Additional GFSI CPO training a plus
