• Ensure the successful delivery of international projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee resource management to guarantee the right quantity and quality of resources for projects
• Actively participate in understanding client needs and managing client relationships.
• Interpret new opportunities brought by the International Sales Manager, coordinate the proposal process, and prepare projects accordingly.
• Take on project management responsibilities or involve a dedicated project manager as needed to ensure project success.
• Escalate issues when necessary and manage their resolution efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage a Core Team of presales experts, senior engineers, business analysts, the CTO, and other necessary specialists.
• Collaborate with virtual teams, manage your own accounts, and independently build and lead teams.

Project Types and Responsibilities:

• Single-business projects: Ensure successful delivery, monitor resource allocation, and assist with client relationship management.
• Multi-business projects: Participate in project preparation, secure necessary resources, and collaborate with the assigned project manager to ensure success.
• Integrated projects: Take a leadership role, ensuring successful delivery by supervising the resources provided by business unit leaders, with support from the project manager.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and delivering international projects, particularly complex, multi-business unit projects.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a business negotiation level.
• Outstanding ability to manage client relationships, including negotiation skills and experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to efficiently acquire, allocate, and manage resources across multiple business units to ensure successful project delivery.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in handling complex escalations, with the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
• Experience leading virtual and international teams, with the capability to build and manage teams efficiently.
• Ability to support long-term organizational goals, including building new teams and driving business growth.
